Prep sink + general kitchen layout

We are designing out the kitchen portion of a kitchen/family room addition to the back of our home. This is what we're thinking of in terms of design. We really like the proportions/symmetry with a large sink overlooking the yard, the Frigidaire Twins (68" wide trim kit) being in its own, and the range centered on the island.

We do cook a lot so we are concerned that 15 feet is too far from the fridge and sink. Would having a second sink be the right solve? And if it is, should it be at the corner of the island or between the range and appliance garage.

Also, what do folks with a second sink do in terms of things like garbage pullout which usually are clustered near the sink?

For additional context, across the hall underneath the kitchen is a butler's pantry which also has a small sink. Thanks for the help!
