Speed Queen Top Loader Noise

I have a Speed Queen top load washing machine purchased new in March 2016, model AWNE92SP113TW01. My washer will agitate, but not spin. I removed the front cover and made a video of the source of the noise. I had the washer in the spin cycle when I recorded the video.

Any ideas a solution would be appreciated.
