We are purchasing a condo for our son to live in and need to replace the bathroom floor which is peel and stick tile. The plan is to go with a luxury vinyl tile as there is LVP in the living/kitchen/hall area. Most of what we have seen has a wear layer of 12 mil. Is the mil that important in a bathroom? We installed LVP in our sunroom but with a 22mil wear layer as we were concerned about durability. Thoughts? Thanks.
