Cleaning Danby white marble and fireclay

Hello! I have read dishsoap and water is best for both cleaning marble and fireclay sinks. However, what type of dishsoap? Some are dyed colors like blue/orange so I am assuming a dye-free soap? What about antibacterial soaps? Can those be too harsh?

Also, can rubbing alcohol be used on marble and fireclay as a disinfectant? I found this site which says yes, no harm will come to marble from rubbing alcohol... is that true? What about on fireclay? I want to avoid removing any protective coating from the fireclay and of course dont want to damage the marble. I
