Waht the heck was the plan here those giant supports on a dinky little pad of concrete 7" barely holds a table with seats only on one side' IMO extend the patio and have either a redo to have a nice pergola over it or put your stand up bar along the wall and the seating out side this space with nice umbrellas if not into a redo of those really ugly pillars .

Extend the patio. I'm not sure you can get two small cafe chairs and a table. Possibly, you could get the tiny round table in the back of this pic and the two chairs by it, but possibly not. Plant a tree for shade.
