Z-line has one that is well rated.

Zline and Thor are the same underneath. Zline just charges more for styling. It's equally awful for quality and customer service.

Instead of buying a range, you could install a cooktop over an oven. There are lots of choices for a 24” induction top from Bosch, Whirlpool, Miele, and Wolf. For 24” ovens that can be wall mounted under a cooktop, look at Bosch, Miele, and Frigidaire.

I'd probably go with the GE JAS640RMSS or Haier QAS740RMSS. (GE Appliances are Haier Corporation brands). The two ranges are similar but for $100 more you get a convection oven, hidden bake element, and a timer on the Haier.

You might consider a Zline RAIND-24 induction range for $2500 over radiant.

Blomberg makes a 24" induction range - that's what I'd do in a 24" space. I will always choose induction over radiant electric or gas.

@wdccruise, I saw that Zline one too, and it seemed to have good reviews, but ever since Minardi’s post I’ve been seeing only negative reviews. I’m sure it may cost more but I’d rather have induction in a Bosch cooktop and oven than settle for whatever is available as a single unit in 24”, especially since the op has had a bad experience. Do you know much about the Zline reliability?

A minor clarification on Thor and Zline being "the same underneath:" Thor ranges are contracted from the Hyxxion corporation factories in China along with those sold under the NXR and Kucht brands. Zline claims to have an ownership share in the (as yet undisclosed) Chinese location from which it sources the ranges the company claims to "design" in its Lake Tahoe headquarters.

As for " awful for quality and customer service," the level of how bad they each are (and how bad relative to each other) is hard to measure. Both have unhappy owners but, judging from the two threads I cited above, Zline seems have had a great many more unhappy owners over a shorter period of time than the combined postings I've found over the decade-plus that the Thor, Kucht and NXR brands have been on the market Zline may just have garnered a larger market share and thus a larger pool of people to have pissed off.

Could you expand on why you would choose Blomberg for a 24" induction range? I haven't found much about Blomberg's induction ranges, or those of its corporate sibling, Beko. The one thread here that discusses 24" induction ranges has only recently begun mentioning them. @jwvideo, yes, that’s why I ask. Wdccruise is great at recommending affordable, reliable, or at least consumer reports reliable options. Minardi is right, there are a lot of negative reviews, so when I saw him recommend it I wondered whether he had other information.

I think the Blomberg BIRU24102SS (also at build.com) would be fine. In fact, its largest induction element is 10" in diameter while the Zline's is only 8". I'd get that before trying to install an induction cooktop and wall oven in a new cabinet, the cost of which would far exceed any of the 24" ranges.

If I were willing to modify cabinetry and didn't have a tiny kitchen that required a 24" solution, I'd modify the cabinetry to accept a standard, 30" range. One can pick up the Frigidaire CFI3083AS for example, for less than a grand.

Because there aren't many options for a 24" induction range, and I'd choose induction every time over other stove choices. I don't particularly like Zline as a brand, and the Blomberg is less goofy looking. Yes, 24" induction ranges haven't been available for very long, but I think it's great that those with limited space still have the ability to choose induction cooking.
