We need ideas on how to best utilize 3 outdoor living spaces. Where to put what. We are open to moving things around and/or starting over with all of it!

We are empty nesters so do not need a lot of seating.

1 - Back Patio: Not in use. Cement is old an cracked. Open to removing cement and walls. Per a professional landscaper - we would remove siding as necessary and keep dirt in tact for deck area.

2 - Deck: Has table & 4 chairs (needs to be replaced), 2 arm chairs and a lounge chair.

3 - Side Patio: Has 2 raised flower beds (only to hide under the deck), a fire pit, 4 chairs, bench and a very small table with 2 chairs. The fire pit could be moved to an area near the river or to the back patio.
