ideas for plant stand

I have a metal wired plant stand in my kitchen that I have had for years. I have a faux plant on it as you can see. I like the stand but not the faux plant. I would love some ideas on how I can still use the stand. It is close to our kitchen table…..

... maybe hang it from the ceiling or off the wall with a plant hanger?

The stand appears to blend nicely with your cabinets and table (from the small part shown of table). Definitely get real plants. Hard to tell for sure if it would fit, but maybe a small, 4-inch pot of ivy for the bottom shelf.
