My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

umbrella color!?

Struggling... sorry the photo is a bit dark but not sure what color umbrella to get! Table is white, carpet is blues, grays and white. Worried a black pole umbrella would be weird looking but hard to find any other option!
