You need to post the plans in jepg so we can enlarge them for sure . Show all measurements in feet and inches sq footage is usless for this purpose . Post here in a comment DO NOT start another post .

Most commenters here are in the US so feet/inches would be appreciated.

I converted to feet and downloaded the image in jpg, though it doesn't seem to have helped the quality.

From this alone? Start over.

No, you probably aren't going to make a living from your "interest" as that is for a.r.ch.i.t.e.c.t.s : ) after they've been schooled in the disciplines of design. The route to a great house, designed for you is to get one to your site, make a wish list and share it. Don't pre - design anything.

Add "imperially" lazy! But wise and knowledgeable in many cases as well. Do it, don't, depending the help you want.

Your image needs to be uploaded as a JPEG, not a screen shot.

Scan the full size document on a printer, save to a file as a jpeg pic and then upload.

Aside from not being able to see dimensions, there is a lot to unpack here.

Just my opinion:

- Staircase is in a bad place

- Upstairs bedrooms don't have closets drawn in

- Upstairs baths should be reconfigured especially if they are all en suites ( 5 x9 is just fine )

- Why are there so many porches and entries but no exit from the kitchen onto a deck or patio?

- Why 2 living room areas if the walls are open?

- What is all the open area upstairs? Looks like a waste of space. Add that into the bedrooms/closets.

- I would bring the staircase to the dining room, the dining rom to the lounge, then open up the area from the kitchen to the living room and create a nice great room - maybe add some dimensions into the laundry room and add a main floor powder room since all the bathrooms are en suite.

Those are my initial thoughts.
