Post a floor plan with all dimensions and adjacent spaces. I think your post will get more attention with that information and photos from different angles.

I think you have the best layout for a couch and occasional chairs - consider them facing each other or sitting side by side. Size of furniture is really important and suggest buying/placing seating before deciding on anything else.

Not knowing your style/color preferences makes it impossible to recommend. Have you looked on line for inspiration for an overall look and what pieces were used. Search modern condo living room mood boards.

Searches can be more specific by style or a furniture piece with a description, ie: low black tv console with cupboards. Your best bet is doing some legwork and create a plan.
