My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Struggling with size/scale here. Open to new furniture or working with what we have

    Take pics not distorted and right side up to start. What is it you want from us ? We need a to scale floor plan I assume the TV is in the spae with the 2 chairs correct me if I am wrong. THe FP seems too large for the space . BUt without a proper scaled plan hard to tell. Do the plan on graph paper show every window , doorway and where those lead every meaurement clearly marked show the size of the FP . Some info as to the TV and how many seats you need. Show that rialing too Post here in jpeg format in a comment and the same for the better pics.
