I have a screened in upper deck that we are redoing at our lake house. There is indoor outdoor carpet down now but the builder wants to pull that up and use the SmartCore LVP which they say is waterproof. I am concerned that if rain comes in, which it does, create a mold/mildew scenario. We are having the existing steps moved to the outside of the deck and that area filled in. Hoping someone can weigh in. I haven't been able to reach anyone at the company. Thanks.
