How much swamp can a Swamp Oak take?

I have one that has adapted to the clay here (Leamington), and seems to be content as a newer tree, though it took four yrs to get going, and went in at a higher spot, so drainage is ok at least relatively for the property. Would like another, and the space I have my eye on will have saturated soil and sometimes standing water in late winter spring. The wet won't be right at the trunk but near it. Will Swamp Oak handle conditions that a Willow or River Birch would?
