what's the name of this plant? What zone does it grow in? What type of soil does it grow it in best? Does it sell in Canada? gorgeous

I would guess no. The only thing I can see to get an idea of the area is that tree in the background, which I would guess require a milder climate tan Canada. My guess is its semi arid, maybe zone 7?

We have quite a range of micro climates here on the Central Coast of Califoria and this Ceanothus 'Concha' does well in most of them. It is hardy down to about 10-15 F.
