It's yellow, I wouldn't call that neutral. Reminds me of our first house built in the 50's with yellow tile and black trim.

Thanks for commenting clt3. Yes, it is yellow. Neutral is a nuanced term - I meant it as a light and versatile color. Pale earthy straw yellow pairs well with white, greige, gray, cream, brown, beige, blue and aqua for fixtures and accessories. Yes, paired with black it is retro 1950s. I imagine it as part of the warm organic modern look when paired with colors like the backsplash photo - white, cream light wood, rattan, cane, beige, earthy peach, terracotta, a green plant. Or, it could look timeless and traditional paired with ivory and white.

Well, I love it. I see it as a bit more creamy than cream. I think it's wonderful. I would love that with some white, and perhaps other warm tones. Beautiful.

It’s pretty, and it’s your house so pick what you love! Bathrooms can be a bit dreary because we cover up the windows. Yellow works wonderfully with many other colors, and it’s light enough to be very versatile should you want to redecorate in a couple decades.🙂
