Exterior Paint Design Dilemma

Exterior Paint Dilemma

We are building a modern farmhouse. We like the look of light and dark paint colors. We have chosen Sherwin-Williams Gossamer Veil and Benjamin Moore iron Mountain. We are thinking to paint the trim and soffit the same color as the wall touching. The roof is Williamsburg Gray shingles and Charcoal Gray metal. We need help in determining where the light and dark should be on the exterior of the home. We also need help in determining the color for the gutters. Attached are some of our initial thoughts. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
