What did you use for finish on the white pine? poly or modified poly?

We are doing a bath reno in our camp bath and I am considering a modified poly so that the pine doesn’t “amber” so much when it ages. Yes, it may take 20 years to get orangey, but I also like the look of the natural pine. So curious what you used.

    I am not sure what the prefinisher used at that time, as this was over 20 years ago. We recommend using a water based clear polycrylic. Thank You.
