Do you already have a mirror in your bedroom? If not, that would be the place for it. Is there an outlet behind the dresser? If so, a lamp is an option - with mirror or art piece. Art, mirror, lamp and anything else on the bureau top depend on the rest of the decor in the room for color/finish or style, and without knowing or seeing the room style, it’s nearly impossible to suggest things. "Styling decor" in a bedroom? Whose all going to see it? Function first. It's a large flat surface so it's going to catch a ton of smalls. Maybe a decorative bowl to set those smalls in?
