If it is all you were allowed, take it up with another electrician post closing, but I don't see a huge issue.

Sorry I hate floor plubs they dictate all furniture placement forever but those will function and as Jan said redo after possession it they are not what you like

Floor outlets can be a pain as they are always in the wrong place after a few years, but they still beat the heck out of running lamp cords across the floor where they trip you or under rugs where they set your house on fire. I'd suggest putting in a couple extras for when the furniture moves.

The ones you have should work fine, but they are not hard to swap later.

Did no one read that we can’t figure how how to actually expose the outlet to plug in lamps???
Can someone explain how to do that—
And yes—I know all the downsides to having a permanent outlet in a slab floor but as RWEIGAND posted it is way better than running cords under rugs—
There is only one wall for the flatscreen placement so pretty much sets the parameters for furniture-
We have great electrician but didn’t think to ask them when they were here swapping lights/adding pendants and doing other work after closing…

I can’t enlarge that diagram to read the directions—will look it up online—sorry if I was snippy—yesterday was moving day and we are in FL in Helene’s path sort of—so more than regular stress
