I'll add the back story and the reason I'll asked the question here in the comments. We brought this house strictly for location only and I spent several years planning a garage Edition and a remodel. My dad was a retired home builder. So me and my son took on this project knowing we would have my Dad's knowledge. Unfortunately he passed during this project. So we made many mistakes and design flaws. LOL  But one thing that I question when I look at the house is should I have painted the brick or leave a tribute to the 1990 Ranch?

No, I would not paint the brick. I would however, paint the garage and whatever that other addition is on the opposite side of the house, to match the brick, and remove all the gray stone, and replace it with as close a match to the original brick as you can get. Sorry, I know you have just finished, but, honestly, its a mismatch, and does not look great like it is. I dont like those craftsman trim in the gables either. They do not fit the style of the house at all. I would also remove them. Too many different things going on, so even painting the brick, would not bring it all together. Best to do a bit of changing.

No. Painting the brick will do nothing to improve the home.

You literally created a sandwich house. Remove the stone veneer and replace with brick, and paint all the brick one color.

AI is still unimpressive. Stick with the original house. That stone is just awful. EVERYTHING is just awful in the rendering. So much worse than the original. The original has charm and authenticity. The AI is confused and trying to wear all the jewelry in the box.

Minardi - the OP actually changed the exterior of the house - it's not AI (based upon what has been stated in the comments).

Stick with the original home. Stop with bad Fivver renderings that ruin the home. It isnt tall enough to pull that off. It just makes it busy and weird looking.

I will end the AI discussion with photos. And for all the negative opinions..I only ask if I should paint the brick.

Definitely do NOT paint the brick. DO paint that glaring white trim. Something that is a much darker color. And get rid of the stone.

Why do you ask about painting the brick? Is there something about the way the house looks that you do not like?

Instead of painting the brick, I'd paint the new and revised parts of the house to more closely match the brick.

To go a bit further, consider removing the gray stone and using the same siding that's above it in its place.

The goal should be to unite the old and new.

I'd also paint the outbuilding off to the left to match the house.

Remove or paint the awful gray stone. Preferably remove in favor of siding. Paint the siding a color derived from nature, not gray. Gray never has looked good with Craftsman touches. And it's a completely dead fad. Paint the trim a darker color. A wood garage door will tie in the afterthought of the gable brackets.
