Waht we need is a to scale floor plan on graph showing every window, doorway where those lead and every measurement of every space you show. Usually toilets are not easy to move so mark where that is and also where the other plumbing is . Then you post that here in jpeg format in a comment DO NOT start another post and now all things related to this space dealt with here in comments

I am simply asking if some one could suggest how to redo it once it’s gutted. Not for legitimate blue prints for builder. If not interested in helping please move along.

I don't think catbuilder was trying to be difficult. Your post provides that, "He would like a larger closet for sure." I assumed that it was a typo - and that it should have read - "We would like a larger closet for sure." However, maybe catbuilder thought someone else was adding wants/desires for your space.

If you post a scaled drawing, you will receive some very helpful ideas/advice/suggestions on what you are able to do with the space that you have.

You can either use some graph paper (print some off the internet if you don't have any) OR you can simply use a ruler (1/2" = 1' for scale) and make a drawing.

I've seen some amazing layouts made for OPs once he/she provides a drawing showing the space (pls include all windows/doorways/etc. - all measurements are needed in order for you to receive the best help!)

It is helpful that you are gutting the space - that way you will wind up with an amazing bathroom/closet space when finished!

WOW maybe remember the advice you get here can be very helpfu and free but we cannot work with no plan so we will wait for that please .
