basement floor plan help!

I have a few options for how to lay out the basement.

Few things to consider -
There are 3 structural posts that are not being moved. They are on the plans and want to know the best way to work around them or work them into design

Looking to achieve a play space, tv rec room, laundry room, mudroom at entry way with storage and bathroom. Also will need a utility room somewhere for furnace i think?

Do you have an actual floor plan with imperial dimensions (not metric)? I cannot really read anything and the images do not help.

However the stairs are moving to the far right wall as you see In the other floor plans and a front enterance is being added to the front left

I think the furnace has to be planned now and I cannot read the plans at all. You plan the space then worry about decor If you want help here a to scale plan on graph paper showing every window doorways where those lead and every meausrement clearly marked . Posted her ein jpeg format in a comment DO NOT start another post . Remember you are on a US site so feet and incehes if you really want help. The drawing should show the new space and many basements have pillars to deal with so make sure you mark those too.
