Small Bath into Luxury Primary Bathroom?

My new home has an odd layout for a primary bathroom and I really want a separate soaking tub, two sinks and a nice walk-in shower. Although people love walk-in closets, I am wondering if another closet configuration would help or possibly stealing space from somewhere ? I could give up a little room in the primary bedroom if that would help. As you will see, the current set up has the (brown) sinks out in the open - like in a hotel -and there is an odd useless counter beside the (brown) toilet.

House is on a crawl space so moving plumbing should be possible. Not sure what else you need to know to make suggestions.

I am going to re-do both bathrooms and doing some other work on the house so I am open to small or maybe big changes If anyone has a suggestion on how to redesign the space!

One possibility:

Reconfigures bathrooms and MBR closet. Also converts dining room to office (uses breakfast area for meals), pantry to laundry and powder room, former laundry/utility area to utilities and storage--all optional, of course.

First that is not a walkin closet and honestly pretty useless . A nice wide reach in closet would be so much better I like the layout simply posted it gives you a nice reach in closet . I use Ikea Pax for reach in closets it has great options for storage I never like angled doorways

Yes - thank you! I was back in house today and realized the ac return juts into the existing closet so it is even less space than I thought. Really appreicate the suggestions!

AC stuff can be moved so maybe check that out . IMO that reach in closet where it is shown is the perfect answer to what oyu want form the space . I hate toliet rooms so forget that in the plan. No one should be using the toilet while someone else is in the bathroom so that plan posted is perfect and the finishes are what will make it luxury , like a nice deep saoker tub really good tile work a one piece toilet all those things are what takes a bathroom to luxury

If you do a toilet room make sure the door swings out or is a pocket door.
