Bathroom vanity advice needed - Prefab? RTA? Custom?

We are renovating our master bathroom. We want to replace our current very old builder's grade vanity which resides in an alcove. The new vanity would sit between two walls, and the space is 75.75" wide. We want two sinks and to maximize easy-access storage. I have a VERY strong preference for drawers.

Originally, I was looking at 72" prefab vanities, and found one I really like that is available without a countertop, so I could get one custom cut to fit. But this would still leave a tiny gap on each side of the vanity base which would be uncleanable. Do fillers strips exist that might work with prefab vanities?

So I started looking at RTA, but I can't find any that offer sink bases with drawers like this prefab that I like. Does anyone know of a company that has RTA all-drawer sink base cabinets?

Is custom my only option? How much will custom cost? Any advice on how to find a good custom cabinet company?

I would be very disappointed to have to fall back on door-cabinets, but also don't want to spend an arm and a leg. Any other suggestions?

You can definitely put filler in at the ends and color match it to the vanity to fill the space. (ETA: By "you" I mean "a good local finish carpenter"!) One consideration is that this vanity has feet, though, and may look a little odd with the filler since it's designed to look like a freestanding piece. Ariel makes similar models with toekick panels that might work better for what you need. (We have one of their footed vanities and have been pretty happy with it. We also got it without the counter since the options at the time—this was three years ago—didn't work with our bathroom color scheme.)

Because the vanity is on feet, couldn't you angle a vacuum hose along the floor entering from the middle front of the vanity to the side wall and drag it on down toward the front of the vanity?

It is a really nice piece, great usable storage. Anything custom like that would be very expensive.

Though the vanity would be in an alcove, would it be a design faux pas if the vanity did not span the entire space? The Ariel B61DWQRVOWHT monroe 61 inch double rectangle sink bathroom vanity in white would allow a 7" gap on either side but given its design-- particularly its feet -- it looks more like furniture than a typical vanity anyway.

@artemis78, thank you for this info! I hadn't considered that. If they could make a filler piece, could they also make a toekick for it to hide the feet? 🤔 Or remove the feet and build a 2x4 base with a toekick? I mean, I like the feet, but I also wonder if it might look odd? I took a look at Ariel's other options, but sadly they don't have any others with so many drawers.

@Kendrah, Fair point, but I also worry about messy things spilled down the sides. We're not the neatest family, lol! I do really like the storage! It's so odd to me that I can't find any others like it.

@wdccruise, It's a good thought, thank you! The more intentional sized gap might look less odd than the very small gaps. I really don't know about the alcove question though. Our bathroom is so small that I would hate to lose that 11" of storage though. 😔
