Laundry Room Renovation - Design Feedback

We're renovating our basement and need help with the design of the laundry room that has an odd shape. We're thinking putting the washer/dryer and sink on the wall 9'10" wall opposite the entrance door. The issue with this is that there is a small door in the corner that leads to a small unfinished space under the stairs.

The space labeled storage is where the current washer and dryer is. Its too tight to fully open the doors to the washer/dryer so we're thinking about just converting this to storage.

Where would you add a folding table and cabinets, or would you? We could move the entrance door to the left a few feet and add some cabinets to the right of the door that goes under the stairs. Just looking for general ideas. Thanks for any suggestions.

This is totally based on your preference. I wouldn't add a folding table because I like folding laundry on the sofa while I watch TV. Yes, I'd add cabinets because I'd appreciate the storage. Where do you like to fold laundry? What would you store in the cabinets that you would be storing in the storage space?

I have no idea . Where is this in your home ? I usually just have a front load W/D set up with a nice counter to span both pieces the counter can easily be removed for any service that is where I foldclothes . I have never had a laundry sink and have never needed one and the new washers have so many choices for what you need to do I will not have one now either .Do you need the under stairs storage often? If you do the that door takes up space so then you do not have 9' to play with Take pics of the space and explain where it is and if you need storage that storgae area seems to be the best spot for that. I see an entry but no clue from where . Post all pics here in a comment and answer all questios here DO NOT start another post or we will lose this one
