Halo doesn't specify the transformer output voltage of its HLB Quicklink Low-Voltage Downlights but it may not matter as Halo provides the transformer in its downlight kits. Envision and Nuwatt offer 12-volt downlights though these are regressed, not "wafers" (better choices due to reduced glare...in my opinion).

I looked on a wafer I have here and it doesn't list voltage on either the transform or the light itself. (watts, lumens, temperature etc are listed but not voltage).

So I was 'guessing' maybe 12VDC.

So many of these wafers have nearly identical appearing metal or plastic transformer boxes and nearly identical low voltage wires/connectors to the actual wafer light - kinda thought they might be somewhat uniform in their voltage... say around 12VDC.

If the current, or amperage is listed, you can calculate voltage using Ohm's law where P=V*I

So if you know wattage and amperage, you simply divide the wattage by the amperage to isolate voltage.
