My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Skim coat or replace drywall?

We are doing the full reno on our small bathroom, less than 50 sqft. Existing walls has the knock down texture we want to get rid of. Is it cheaper to do skim coating over the existing walls or should we replace drywalls to have the fresh start?
