Not even new flooring depending on a paint colour or wallpaper. Maybe new hardware. Your towels look gray to me and I feel that clashes with the tan floor and tiles.

Paint color could definitely be better, it's a little too greige to harmonize with the tile. A definitely scratch the accent wall around the toilet!

If everything is in good condition then it's just about little adjustments and your taste. I think the counters look good with the cabinetry. I personally would want to change out the taps and accessories but that could get expensive quick.
