Keyless Biometric Entry?

Does anyone know a model # for a keyless biometric entry padlock that does NOT have the emergency key (defeats the purpose of keyless) and that's outdoor rated to -40 C? (It gets cold in Canada!) The only ones I've found online have an emergency key and are only rated to -20 C
