Theresa, I’m so glad that you are feeling better. There are some bad bugs out there that are really making people sick. I haven’t done any quilting for over three weeks either. First we had guests, and then I met my daughter in San Diego for five days. We had a great time - the zoo, the aircraft carrier USS Midway, a play, a harbor cruise, lots of great food. I finally got my sewing out tonight and made a shamrock block for our quilt guild lotto. Such a simple block, but I kept sewing it together wrong. It took me twice as long as it should have. Now to get back to the fourth quilt that I brought down here. I will never get all six finished, because my grandkids are coming to visit on their spring breaks - one the first week in March; the second, the last week. Then on April 5, we head back home. I’m already starting to dread going back. April is seldom a pleasant month in Minnesota. I’m so spoiled.

I finished another top yesterday (will post a picture later) and I have my third and final top from the Quiltville mystery nearly done. It needs an outer border and I don’t have anything I like in my stash so I have to go shopping. 😁

Thursday I went to the AQS show in Daytona. I had a list of specific longarm accessories I was looking for and did not find. I did enjoy seeing the quilts and shopping, but since I moved it’s now over 6 hours driving round trip, so I probably won’t go again.

Glad you are the recovery side of noro. My sis in Chicago said it raked through her area right after Christmas. My husband & I fell victim to some type of flu virus that seemed to spread like wildfire across the whole island of Grenada. We were self quarantined on the boat for a week!

Hopefully with spring coming, these bugs will lessen!
