As for the brick, I'll vote natural. There are many choices that do not require anything additional to be applied.

Can you explain what you mean by odd windows? Are you referring to the oval window?

Make exterior design decisions based upon all sides of a house, not just the front elevation.

Painting brick turns a low maintenance material into a high maintenance material.

Traditional houses this is based on were simpler. Removing the front facing gables on the two wings would be a major step forward. Remove the dormers unless the attic is finished. The arched transom does look a bit 1990’s. Finally use all one material- lime washed brick is fine, or find a brick you like.

We never know the details of what is shown. As in, if this is a rendering of your exact house, or just a generic one you are using.

Windows would typically be double or single hung.
