stained dryer ???

Hi! I know this isn’t a huge deal, but I’m so confused as to how me cleaning my dryer made stains on it. Back story- I dried a rug that left dryer dirty so I kind of went OCD and cleaning the dryer a ton since I couldn’t get the sand out of it. I cleaned it with all non toxic products (branch basics, Force of Nature and also vinegar). I just checked dryer and now it looks like this. Anyone know what caused this? Can I make it even? It’s a new dryer so I feel bad!! Thank you!
