Hi there- Looking for some advice, our 2 year old bosch double oven (top oven) on the bottom enamel is showing cracks and peeling. It's doing so in a circular pattern which is strange. I consulted the appliance shop where we bought it and they said there is no replacement part (obviously). I've asked them to provide more guidance.

I also submitted a claim with the extended warranty folks and they reviewed the photos and deemed it "cosmetic." I could understand this if it was the outside of the oven but it's on the inside. I do have the opportunity to contest the claim.

I'm concerned these cracks will grow and are emitting chemicals into our food. Seems like it's a manufacturing issue to me almost like the enamel was not baked on enough or something.

While I wait for their call back from the appliance shop I'd appreciate some advice.
