They appear to be a European OH Door and this is primarily a North American site.

I live in the Midwest (near Chicago), and a midwestern distributor/installer is the one who sells them. I actually know of two different midwestern distributors/installers of this company. So they do sell them here. Whether they are any good is the question.

I google Wisniowski garage doors, and they just seem to be insulated doors. Is there any thing else the makes them special?

Compare features with Kloppe, Amarr, Wayne Dalton and Overhead for the style you want. Wisnowski has some interesting designs and colors.
