You can center the tv. There are mounts that allow you to do that.

A gallery wall could hide the fact that it’s off center, and perhaps you can put the console in the center. Something like this:

You can center the TV. One easy way is to screw 2x4s into studs. Then attach your TV mount to the 2x4s.
