My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Should I attempt DIY railing replacement

I got a couple of quotes for 2k to remove and install new stoop railing. The bases of the posts are rusted through/breaking off...a couple of bolts are missing. I'm watching some DIY YouTube videos and it seems a bit overwhelming due to the concrete. But also to try and repair/paint the existing ones won't help the curb appeal problem.. SOS.
