Cute house! No shutters for those windows since they’re the wrong size/style. I like the black door and would leave the white framing. Maybe a softer white than your current white trim. Consider painting the downspouts to blend with the brick. A darkish shade of green might be another option for the door. This is Benjamin Moore’s Tarrytown Green that can be nice with brick.
