Complicated open space layout for 8 people. checkmate?

so itd a 4bed house, needs to be able to fit 8. The problem is its square shape with entries all from the same side. No one will really be cooking so kitchen can be very small. now dining and sofas both need to be able to fit 8 somehow. terrace has a nice view so im trying to orient sitting towards it. i think using some of those sofas that are low in height would make it feel like they take less space. i have tried to find a way to make it all fit and still have pathways, but something ends up getting sacrified anyway, and in general space gets stuffed. any ideas or is it unsolvable? house has big bedrooms, big stairway going up, but then you are met with this stuffed living area which messes up the whole experience

I think the stairs and bathrooms are too big. And there's no accessible bathroom without walking through someone's bedroom and closet, so if there are daytime guests, and always having to go to one's own bathroom when out at the pool and walking through the entire house. And the bedrooms are awfully big, are these rooms going to have other uses besides sleeping? Have you tried the bedrooms all on one floor?

Why will there be 8 people in a two bedroom apartment?

Where does food come from if there's essentially no kitchen? If every meal will be catered, you will need room for the caterers to set out food and clean up.

If there are two levels with the same layout, I’d have the kitchen and dining on one level and then living area on the other.
