Clustered flowers resemble fiddle dock.

Certainly a Dock or Sorrel of some description, Rumex species, but not sure the leaves are consistent with Fiddle Leaf.

I tasted a leaf and it had no lemony acidic taste, but a bland taste possinly like spinach. I may try another leaf later. Could it be spinach? I see a variety ”Gigante Di Inverno” or ”Winter Giant” spinach with similar looking leaves, but I dont know if the flower buds match what spinach would look like, and Im not sure where I got a seed of this plant, but now that I think of it, it may be possible a sowed some spinach seeds over 6 years ago whch didnt sprout until now.

Rumex buds form in circles around the stem. That's what I see in your pictures. I don't believe spinach does that. I believe Rumex younger leaves are supposed to taste slightly of lemon, but not necessarily the older ones.
