I would place the bunk beds along the left wall to free up some room by the window and as one walks into the room.

it looks like there is a door (entrance or bathroom?) behind the armoire, so I would put the bunks on the same wall they are on. I'd probably have the head furthest from the door - so feet point to the door.

Is there a closet with this room? There is a walk-in drawn on the plan, but I don't see it in the photos. I'm just wondering if they need the big armoire? That would open the floor space for playing.
