That is a sofa with a chaise, not really a sectional. I would not use one for this room.

This looks like a formal living room. Do you think guests are going to sit back in the chaise section and put their feet up? Get a slightly longer sofa if you need more space for guests.

Where do you think I should place other furniture?

I'm having a hard time deciding because I feel the pictures are a little warped. Did you take the pictures with less than 1x zoom? If you use the zoom higher than 1 at all, it won't be distorted like realtors's pictures with the fisheye view.

Maybe swap the couch (or new sectional) and 2 chairs so that a TV can be above the fireplace. The chaise portion of your sectional would be parallel to the railing. Add a large picture above a shared table between the 2 chairs. I am not 100% on the proportions of the photos. Lyn above was saying to move the chairs back by the window because the first picture makes it look like there's a lot of open space behind them to play with.

For a furniture layout we all need a floor plan showing all dimensions, doors, windows, entrances to the room, etc.

if you get a longer sofa instead of the chaise feature, get rid of the console table all together.

Put the two chairs in the corner under the framed pictures. DO you need end tables with the sofa if you get a large coffee table?

No I don’t need side tables .. no there isn’t a lot of space behind the 2 accent chairs … I feel Window in the corner thread off the entire room

Easy made floor plan: quad paper if you have (or other), pen, metal tape measure.

Measure all around the room showing windows, etc. Take a picture and post.

It basic to finding properly scaled furniture for your room and establish a furniture layout.
