What A Room reviews on their sofas or sectionals?

I've been reading a lot about sofa and sectionals and came across What A Room Furniture. I like their sofas and they look great. Their customization options seems to be the most impressive thing since you can customize the size, depth, firmness, fabric etc. I'm just hesistant to purchase a $4,500 sofa that I never sat on. Anyone have experience with them?

I have no experience with that brand, but I would not order any chair or sofa, at any price, that I could not test out in person.

i replaced my crate & barrel Axis sofa for a Alex Sofa from What A Room Furniture after reading some good reviews and haven't been disappointed yet.

I would never purchase a sofa without sitting on it. You cannot test the quality or durability of a piece without testing it in person, tugging of the frame, looking for torque. These are the things that will determine how long your investment will last.

Hi Kendrah, Yea you may be right, but What A Room reviews looks very attractive, especially their 2.5 high resiliency sofa cushion... And all their sectional customization options
