Lightening a dark paint with low LRV - help

I plan to paint the exterior siding of my home Sherwin Williams Cyberspace and want to paint the brick a lighter version. I do not want the contast of another shade, but only a monochrome lighter look. Anyone had success in finding a formula to help lighten Cyberspace - a min of 30%. Everyone says you can't do it, yet Benjamin Moore gives formula suggestions to lighten Hale Navey.Thank you.

These colors are (essentially) the same in characteristic as Cyberspace, just lighter. DE is Dunn-Edwards, MAG is Magnolia Home.

Almost all paints are pigments stirred into white paint. You can ask the paint store to put only 70% of the pigment in. We painted our house 75% of the color we liked. It worked really well. I've done the same for inside paints. I did 50% of a pale pink to get a slightly pinkish cream.

Lori, I am now choosing between BM Temptation and Grey 2121. Grey a bit too grey for my husband and Temptation a bit to blue/purple for me. Can you suggest one inbetween?
