Colorful towels, rugs and large format artwork can be added to change the look. Black and white is a good base for colors. This shower looks both beautiful and well done.

Warm lighting will counter the starkness. Consider wallpaper to introduce some complimentary colors with the black and white.

Unless you are very confident about color, you probably shouldn't use stark white with beige or off white. It could look like you tried to match it but failed. If you want to warm the room up with beige, make sure there is 1. enough contrast between the beige and white, and 2. something in the room that incorporates that color palette of white, beige and black. It could be wallpaper, a shower curtain, or a window treatment.

Beige doesn't always have pink in it. It can be a yellow-beige, or a green-beige, or a purple-beige. Depends on the color.

I deleted my comment about beige having pink but I think it's just semantics...I think the some of the walls look beige in the AI, but cream would work with the countertop too..

The countertop has a warm Ivory tone in it so match or complement the paint and drapes, shower curtain to the Ivory portions and it should be fine.

Dimity is gorgeous as long as it goes with the vanity top. Diana is correct, you don't want the top to look "off". It's a unique color.

My painter uses Benjamin Moore, first crush is the equivalent to diminity, I see quite bit pink in it….too much?

Choose a paint that makes the vanity top look nice, not dull. You could follow the AI inspo you love and cut the tint 50% for the ceiling instead of a ceiling white. I'm not a paint expert but looking at grayish cream on the BM site:
