Need to find space / storage / closet designer to work virtually

We are in one state while planning a serious remodel of our next house in another, and I need help.
For the first time, ever, my husband + I will share a closet so we need a thoughtful, appropriate storage design, as well as for the space for our youngest (adult) child, who has Significant Support Needs (multiply, Profoundly disabled, medically fragile + complex with life-limiting illness) who will live with us the rest of their life. They have A LOT of med supplies to which we want to have easy access (so we won't leave our child's side to grab a diaper or cath or suction, etc.), plus their clothing. (We joke they are practically Beyoncé given the number of daily / nightly outfit changes, though not for cute or sparkly reasons ....)
I really like our architect but he does not possess this skill-set; I did ask him for local recs but his ideas were of the closet installer variety. Nuh uh.
I would so so so appreciate any + all recs for space / storage / closet designers who are able and willing to work virtually.

You may be able to get design suggestions. Post a floorplan with measurements. For the care supplies a shallow depth storage system inside the room against a wall may meet your easy access needs. These can be ganged. 30 x 80 x 12

I think we have no way got enough info to help. Good storage design starts with a comptete list of all things needing storage . Clothes closets pretty easy to get done to suit the needs but your real issue is the storage needs for your child. That will require IMO a face to face with someone who understands the needs for your particular situation . Here to even begin we would need a to scale floor plan and a list of all the things needing to hand storage I think this is beyond a design dilemma . Pros work with the disabled might be able to put you in touch with real help. What is the situation where you are now ? You must have all this done where you are . Does what you have work ? I really think this is beyond the scope of this site

Where is the builder in all of this? He/she should have recommendations for designers and trades that can do custom built-in options.

Thanks all -- I really appreciate everyone's time.

I'm not asking this site or its participants to design the space(s), just looking for referrals for thoughtful, attentive storage planners to work (virtual) hand-in-hand with me so I can then take our collaborative plans to our detailed builder. Perhaps I misunderstood the board (?): I was last here ~17yrs ago when it was gardenweb.

I'll attach a pic of the room where we presently provide personal care; while very chipper it's also one where we've just made-do with the existing storage, and we want better. Some of you will understand that when caring for someone -- particularly a growing child -- with complex medical needs there is no road map, there is no widely understood sequential plan. Now that this child (well, all our kids) is physically grown that's at least one check. -Ish, as who knows what is around the corner and I'm sure I just jinxed it.

We are presently in the Rocky Mountains and our beach house is in Hawaii, a state with understandably limited resources, and our inclusive, big-hearted island is even more limited. Given our sweet child's present surgical needs and ensuing recovery, we will not be traveling any more this calendar year, so planning from a distance it is.

For our primary closet I want everything behind linen curtains as it is a h u g e compromise (from me) to use the same room as my very messy husband. This is my inspiration -- divided areas -- as I do not want 14+' (the long wall) of curtain panels. I really like and suspect will appreciate those walled divisions.

So many things in this child's life have had us not recreating wheels but inventing dodecahedrons: complex, multifacted, and spatial. For our closet it really will be just a wheel and, truthfully, I'm a bit tired. I'd love to turn to someone who knows more than I, understands custom storage solutions, to whom I can give our carefully measured list, photos, and say "please."
