If there was no budget, what would you do to update this floor plan? The living room is kind of awkward with no place for tv - thinking of closing wall to dining room? The kitchen has a 2 level eat in island but again kind of awkward that's a main foot path. Both kitchen and dining open to backyard, thinking of closing kitchen door with wall and adding more shelving, but maybe not the full length of pantry so that gets opened more to dining room. Upstairs the primary suite design is a bit weird of layout with the bathroom/closet - maybe closing closet entrance to bathroom? We don't need the big tub either. The office space is huge, not sure if there's something else to do with that.
