Pull the sectional away from the walls. Purchase a sofa console for behind the largest section.

Add end tables; pull the wing chairs onto the rug to make a conversation are with the sectional.

You don't have to fill every wall, a tall, large (live) floor plant where the wing chair was will fill the bill. Choose one with a canopy, floor up light behind it, so that at the all the leaves cast shadows on the wall.

No coffee table with those reliner seats for sure so you need end tables to at least have 2 places to put drinks , only real plants and yes some sort of table ppr cabinet under the art but the 2 chairs are totally out of the space so wahy not turn the sectional in a space to allow those chairs to be in the converstaion space sxs with a table in between since in my experience those chairs will be filled befor the armless seats of the sectional

You might try moving the artwork to directly over the sectional, across from the TV. Then look at adding some floor lamps, C-tables, a coffee table, some textured pillows, and some plants.
