These cabinets are a mixture of real wood veneer and a wood veneer composite.

The lighter wood is Macassar Ebony composite veneer and the dark/black cabinets are oak veneer.

There are a lot of TFL (thermally fused laminates) options that are textured to not only look like veneer but to feel like it. And come in so many colours and grain variations.

We supply cabinetry to Edmonton, Alberta Canada and surrounding areas so unfortunately we can't help you with your condo remodel (it sounds like the views will be lovely).

if you search local cabinet suppliers and show them your inspiration photos you'll be able to narrow down who you might like to work with in your area.
