Looking for a nursery that sells one-year-old apple trees

last year

According to this article, if you want to plant apple trees, one-year-old trees are best:

Trees that are 2 years old or older do not usually grow as well as 1-year-old trees. Frequently, older trees do not have sufficient buds on the lower portion of the trunk to develop a good framework.

Unfortunately, after doing some Web searches, I'm having difficulty finding a nursery that sells one-year-old trees. Could someone please recommend any good sources for these? Thanks for any help.
